LIVE was the brainchild of Windsor Rackham, who felt that an information centre with access to all sorts of information was needed. With financial backing from Surrey County Council via our local Councillor, Adrian Page, and practical help from The Fredericks Foundation, Windlesham Parish Council and Voluntary Support North Surrey, together with the support of many local organisations in Lightwater, LIVE was set up on 21 March 2015.

The office is manned by around 18 volunteers on a rota basis and is open every Saturday from 10am – 12 noon.
